My eight-year-old went through a big growth spurt this year, and none of her tights or leggings seem to fit anymore, which makes winter dressing really hard! She is not big on wearing pants. These fleece-lined tights seemed like a great option to replace some of those old ones in her wardrobe.She usually wears a 10 in pants; so I would say this 8-10 runs big, since these tights were a little loose on her.The lining is very thick, and I can tell the tights are well-constructed. I have washed them once so far but hang-dried them, and they still look good as new. I’m sure they’ll end up in the dryer by accident sooner or later, but given how well-made they seem, I’m not too concerned about it. I feel like they will fare well. I just hope they don’t get all pilly.The skin tone is a light yellow-ish beige. It doesn’t quite match her skin, but at least it’s a neutral color that matches well with lots of dresses.I’m not a huge fan of the seam between the legs and feet. It’s not super noticeable, but it kind of limits her to wearing taller boots to cover it up.For well-made fleece-lined tights, these are very reasonably priced. Definitely a great value for this winter staple!
